General Policy
We make every effort to inspect and carefully pack quality products before shipment. The Customer is responsible
for examining the product upon receipt. Customer must inform Precious Seed, LLC in writing with details of defective
nature within five (5) days upon receipt of shipment. Without a WRITTEN CLAIM within (5) days, it shall be deemed
Customer accepts the product with full satisfaction. After five days, defective claims will not be credited. Life span of
the consumable parts (i.e. batteries) and accessories vary with products and usage. No return allowed for product
due to exhausted consumable parts or accessories. Only manufacturer defects are allowed to be returned. For valid
credit, products with parts and accessories must be in their original packaging.

Damage
1. In case of shipment damage, Customer should claim the facts to the carrier upon receipt.
2. Inform Precious Seed, LLC within two (2) days for necessary assistance.

Defective Returns
1. AUTHORIZATION: Must obtain Return Authorization Number (RAN) from Precious Seed, LLC.
2. DATE: Returns will not be accepted after 25 days fo the day we ship it to you.
3. SHIPPING: Returns must be accompanied with PACKING LIST that includes:
a. Item Number and Quantity.
b. Original Invoice number and ship date.
c. Include all parts and accessories in their original package.

Condition and Credit
1. For valid credit, products with parts and accessories should be in their original packaging.
Refunds will be credited back to the card used to purchase the item.
2. NO CREDIT for:
a. Product, parts, or accessories not in their original condition.
b. Damaged done by water or any form of liquid, etc.
c. Marked item or gift tags.
d. PRODUCT IS NOT DEFECTIVE.
e. No Credit or Refund for shipping and handling. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
3. FREIGHT CHARGES: "We do not issue UPS Call Tags".
a. Customer must prepay shipping for returns.
